We currently have several homes and townhouses available for longer summer and winter seasonal rental. If you are interested in a rental for a few weeks or several months, please call for up to date information. 

Chatiemac House

The Chatiemac house offers 4 bedrooms and 3 baths to comfortably accommodate 12 people. Located just 5 minutes from Gore Mountain, it's located in a very quiet neighborhood. This is a classic ski house with a vaulted ceiling and exposed beams in the great room. Amenities include a wood burning fireplace, WiFi Internet access, cable TV and DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped and washer/drier are available. Your AT&T and Verizon cell phones will work in the house (if you choose to stay in touch with home) because we've installed a cellular signal booster. The family room even includes a wet bar! Linens and cleaning included in all rentals.

This is a pet free and smoke free home; no exceptions.

Summit House

Located less than five minutes from Gore Mountain and equally close to the restaurants and shops of North Creek, the Summit House sleeps eight in three bedrooms (located on the second floor) and can accomodate up to twelve guests using fold out sofas featuring comfortable hybrid air mattresses. Three bathrooms to get your family ready and out for the day's fun. This home was a recent ground up renovation featuring everything new from furniture to flat screen TV's. WiFi Internet, wood burning fireplace, washer and drier. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher to round out the amenities. Linens and cleaning included with all rentals.

Gore View Home

Custom post and beam home offering panoramic views of Gore Mountain. Located just 2 minutes from the Gore Mountain access road, relax and recover apres ski while you watch the groomers travel up and down the trails all night. Barely 5 minutes to downtown North Creek. Hiking, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling nearby.

Four bedrooms and three full baths, fully equipped contemporary kitchen, pool table, satellite TV, gas "wood" stove, high speed internet and laundry machines. This home is like new - warm and cozy with radiant heat.

Rentals include all linens and cleaning.

Sleeps 8: Three-Queen Beds and One-Double  bed (3 bedrooms on the main level and one on the lower level)

Bear Den

Make your vacation special and come to relax in our  4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom home. It includes a two car heated garage. Air Conditioning in the upper bedroom for the warm days in the summer. It also has 2 fireplaces one gas one electric. 3 bedrooms have queen beds with top of the line mattress and linens. The other bedroom has a trundle bed that makes into a king size bed. In our kitchen you will find all the things furnished that you will need such as flour, sugar, spices, oil, salt and pepper,coffee,tea etc. There are 2 coffee pots one with espresso. Blender, mixer, popcorn popper, Waffle maker, toaster and a toaster oven large George Forman grill inside is all provided. There is a gas grill outside on the deck next to a picnic table. It also has a nice Playhouse with a swing set for the children, they will love it .You will be able to make free nationwide phone calls including the State of New York. Hiking places Schroon Lake, Lake George are all close by. North Creek and Gore Mountain are only  15 minutes away. We are furnishing all linens, towels and all the above plus many more extras. Maximum occupancy - 10

How do we pay? - We accept payment by check. 50% at booking with the balance due 30 days before arrival.

Do you accept credit cards? - No

When is check-in and checkout? - Check-in is 3pm and check out is 11am

Do we need to bring our own linens and towels? - Linens and towels are included.

Do we need to clean before we leave? - Cleaning is included. No hidden charges. This is your vacation so just treat our homes as you'd want house guests to treat your home and we'll take care of the rest.

Is late check out available so that we may change after skiing? - Sometimes, but not usually. It just depends on when the next guests are arriving. If we can accommodate you, we will, but you should plan to check out on time.
