NYSAR talks First-Time Homebuyer Savings Account with NYS Division of Budget
- The New York State Association of REALTORS (NYSAR) Government Affairs team held a productive meeting with the NYS Division of Budget this past week to discuss the possibility of including the parameters of the NYSAR-supported First-Time Homebuyers Savings Account into the NYS 2008-09 Executive Budget. Members of the DOB were receptive to our idea and encouraged NYSAR to reach out to the New York State Housing Finance Agency (HFA) to begin a dialog there as well. To view a copy of the legislation,
