Don't Miss the Bottom of the Market
Builders, mortgage officers and other Realtors are all reporting a frenzy of activity this week. Perhaps buyer confidence is being buoyed by the stock market's recent performance and further supported by several months of improved housing sales stats. Even sales of new construction are up. There is a pent up demand and desire to buy. So many prospective buyers have been sitting home wanting to buy, but hesitant to buy before the market hit bottom. Now we're hearing from buyers who want to buy now so that they don't miss the bottom. Buyers - come on back. When the sellers hear that the market has hit bottom, prices will begin to increase.
